No hay cronómetro. Cada participante tiene el tiempo necesario para atravesar los tres metros de distancia que entre chupos y teteros busca el ganador entre los pequeños competidores participantes del ‘Derby de los bebés’.
Los padres acompañaron listos para empujar a sus queridos bebés en la pista instalada en el primer piso de un hotel de Manhattan.
El trofeo, en forma de pañal, esto año fue para Brooke, una bebé de 11 meses, venida de Dallas, Texas, que sin ningún entrenamiento particular salió disparada hacia la línea de llegada, cabeza gacha, a toda velocidad.

En Puerta de Oro se realizó el lanzamiento de Sabor Barranquilla 2025, la feria gastronómica más importante de la región, bajo el lema ‘La cocina es vida’. El evento se realizará del 21 al 24 de agosto y celebrará sus 18 años, con la participación de cerca de 50 invitados que rendirán tributo al millo y la preservación del medioambiente.
La realidad económica desmiente la narrativa del presidente. El déficit fiscal se dispara, la deuda se encarece en más de un 40%, la regla fiscal fue “violada”, la inversión privada cae, y la economía no despega.
Tengo siempre esperanza y por eso espero que la conmemoración de estos 500 años ocasione algo más que ganas de bailar y cantar, y se convierta en un compromiso de todos por hacer mejor nuestra ciudad en esa relación entre ciudadano y territorio.
