El presidente de Ecuador, Lenín Moreno, y de Honduras, Juan Orlando Hernández, arribaron este mediodía al aeropuerto militar de Catam para los actos de posesión del mandatario entrante de Colombia, Iván Duque. Las medidas alrededor de la Plaza de Bolívar, donde será la ceremonia central, fueron reforzadas.
