Los residentes de Carolina del Norte, Carolina del Sur y Virginia, se apresuraron este martes para preparar sus suministros de emergencias, trazar rutas de escape, llenar sacos de arena y proteger sus viviendas con maderas, ante el impacto del huracán Florence. Las banderas rojas ya han estado colocadas en playas, advirtiéndoles a las personas que no entren al agua y los tres estados han emitido declaraciones de emergencia para acelerar los preparativos.
